Why do people commit suicide? They feel hopeless, overwhelmed, emotionally in pain. Some get abused in many ways so they feel like the only way out of that is to commit suicide. Also some may feel insecure about themselves.

Is it more common for girls to commit suicide or is it more common for guys to commit suicide? It's more common for guys to commit suicide. 

How to help support against bullying? Help kids know how to stand up for themselves.

How to support a kid that bullies? Make the kid believe that they are accepted by others. 

What should parents do? They should get help for the ones who are bulled and the ones who bully.

Help kids avoid drugs and alcohol. Make sure your home is safe for you and your kid(s).

Tell someone who is close to you if you have thoughts of suicide.

Find safe ways to avoid thinking of committing suicide.
